The brokerage company MARSH EUROPE – the Branch Office Slovakia performs financial intermediation and financial counselling in accordance with Sec. 11 of Act No. 186/2009 Coll. on Financial Intermediation and Financial Counselling and on amendments and supplements to certain laws.

The brokerage company MARSH EUROPE – the Branch Office Slovakia performs insurance intermediation upon contract with with several insurance companies for monetary remuneration, unless contracted otherwise with the client. The contracts concluded with insurance companies are non-exclusive basis.  

The brokerage company MARSH EUROPE – the Branch Office Slovakia herewith notifies that it does not hold a qualified interest in the basic stock nor voting rights in any insurance company with which it concludes the contract on intermediation.  

The brokerage company MARSH EUROPE – the Branch Office Slovakia herewith notifies that no insurance company with which it concludes the contract on intermediation nor a person controlling such insurance company holds a qualified interest in the basic stock nor voting rights in MARSH EUROPE – the Branch Office Slovakia.
